Return Policy:
- Policy: We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the customer makes a request, we will process the return in 5 to 7 working days.
- Eligibility: If there are any issues with the product, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with Tags.
- Process: Contact us at help@shivdasi.com with your order number and reason for return. That’s about it, just sit back and relax. We’ll get the product picked up and initiate a refund into your account as soon as we receive the product.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Conditions: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy. Customized items are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after the exchange request have been approved. The delivery of the exchange product will be completed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of processing, depending on the customer’s location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@shivdasi.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
